Our delivery hours is 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday Bangkok time Zone. Our shipment will start no later than 24 hours upon payment received, where your items will be processed and dispatched. (Outside delivery hours, including long holiday period, your shipment would start within 72 hours the latest.) While we work hard to ensure on-time delivery, some delay could occur in some remote destinations under several circumstances. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, we could not be responsible for any custom clearance delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirming email with online tracking information.
